Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request a signature on delivery. Our warehouse is located in New York State and transit time varies based on destination.

We are not responsible for packages lost once they have been marked as delivered. If you want to make sure your package is not miss-placed or stolen please reach out ahead of placing your order and we can (for a fee) require a signature on delivery.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours from the time of shipment. Account holders can view their tracking number from the customer account page.

Preorders

Orders containing a preorder item will ship when all the items are available. 

At our discretion we might ship partial orders.

Lost Packages

We take responsibility for packages lost in transit and will do our best to remedy any situations.

However, we do not take responsibility once packages are marked as delivered by the mail carrier. If this situation were to happen we will help you try to locate the package but we will not be able to provide any compensation if the package cannot be located. If you leave in an area prone to mail theft please reach out to us before making an order. 

We also do not take responsibility for any damage caused after the package was delivered.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

SECTION 20- PREORDERS

All preorders are final. The return policy does not apply for preorders.

Delays due to supply chain issues are not ground for cancellation.

Manufacturers occasionally change release dates. This is not ground for cancellation.

Cancellation can only happen up to a week before the expected release date and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

SECTION 21 - REWARDS PROGRAM

The Rewards Program is provided by Triple V Distributors INC and its terms may change at any time without notice. Points earned and redeemed may be subject to certain exclusions or conditions, and may change based on store promotions (such as double or triple points days), new release specials, or other conditions as identified by Triple V Distributors INC. Offer is exclusive to Triple V Distributors INC members who are enrolled in the Rewards Program.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes: 

• Contact data, personal or business contact information such as your first and last name, email and mailing addresses, phone number, professional title and company name.
• Registration data, such as information that you provide to register for an account or sign up for an event, including the day and month of your birth and the event you registered for.

Privacy settings and location data. Users of our App can disable our access to their device’s precise geolocation in their mobile device settings.
